Long Way To Go

Wow I recall running a 1 lap in under 10 minutes.

Time: 14:10.27

It will be long road to being in shape to run a half marathon.  In addition to a 1 lap run and 1 lap walk this morning, I did hit the gym.  I am sure I burned more than 500 calories net today, probably closer to 1000.

Need to if I am going to bring this weight down.
