Rust slowly coming off

Wednesday is not normally a two a day workout, but I did a two a day anyway.

In the morning I did an aerobic video, same one I did yesterday.

In the afternoon I ran 1 lap, pretty decent time.

Time: 12:39.01

Still sluggish, but getting there, I am on schedule to be running a two lap in 25 minutes.

Looking forward to a rest day tomorrow.
