Kicking Up a Notch

Or at least I tried, ran a two lap today, was pretty miserable, although I think part of it was  because I was bloated, another reason was it was pretty cold and a little wet, finally I don’t think I fully woke up.

But I get points for not giving up, oh boy did I want to though.

Anyway, got couple of two a days.  I feel like I am getting back into rhythm.

I may have felt bloated but I was certainly not as heavy.
