Pretty Active Day

After I post here I can decompress.

I slept late last night and am pretty tired.  But I still got up and attempted my Lake WA run.

My time was horrible, but I have nearly 4 months to improve it

I should be alright though, double that and it puts me over 3 hours for 14 miles, so I will have to improve.

After my morning run I felt my Plantar Fasciitis kicking in.  Not a good, but expected.

I did not have much rest afterwards, had to buy some stuff, deal with a customer then take the family out.

I am beat, really beat.

Finally, my pre-run weight was 264.8, my post run weight is hopeful, but I know it is mostly water and I feel really dehydrated.
