Surprising Day

So because of Sunday’s Trip, Monday’s Outage, and Yesterday’s… oh yeah I did workout yesterday,

Anyway, I have to double up on my workouts.

So yesterday I did 3 miles (treadmill), this morning 2 miles, and this evening a four plus, so I am not even at 10 miles for the week, tomorrow I am thinking of doing 2 in the gym and 2 on the road, or maybe just 2, then a 2 Friday and a 7 mile Saturday.

That should bring me to my weekly 20 mile.  But dang I had a good 4 plus today, surprising because it was my second workout of the day, but also because I had some juice left at the end.  It wasn’t a flat out kill yourself run, so if I did, I would have broken this years record.

I need to get in shape because on the 19th we are planning a wicked 11 mile run.  I need to hit it then.  That will be a huge gauge if I am on schedule.  If I am able to finish it in under 2.5 hours, I will be HAPPY.
