Just 3 miles

Wow, at this phase of training I get to say that.  Three miles isn’t that bad.

It was on the treadmill though, but still, it was three miles.

So for the week I did hit 13 miles so far this week

1 Monday before my personal trainer
1 Tuesday in the morning
4 Wednesday on the treadmill
4 Thursday on my 4+
3 Friday on the treadmill

If I do 7 tomorrow, I hit my 20 miles.
