Sudden Realization I have a long day(s)

This morning I did not have to rush in to work.  But as I contemplated my schedule, I have a long busy few days ahead of me. 

I went in to work and cranked out a few hours, but I want to leave early tomorrow so I will have to go in early.

I did get in a decent workout.  Burned over 450 calories on the eliptical.  So in addition to realizing I have a busy day, I realized I am out of shape for conditioning, but I feel limber and strong.

Just a sign I need to add some cardio to my week.
