Summer is winding down, I feel like I am ready to start training again, but it should be the other way around, my hard training should be winding down.
Anyway, we’ll see how this schedule change affects me, I will begin training again in September.
It was a busy day today, I had a hard time sleeping again. Still I got up at 9 and went to work from 10AM to 8:30PM without a lunch break.
I am really beat now.
Still need to sneak in some pushups and situps some how.
