Finally, I tried running on it today though, I felt really heavy and out of shape to run on it though. Only burned 299 calories but I did go over a mile.
I think lunch kind of weighed me down though.
Hopefully I can get used to this TM and get faster on it.

Final note, I am SO glad Sears installed and delivered, its not that I could not do it myself, its because it was included. That was what sold me.
