Good Reason For One Workout

I was supposed to get up early this morning for part one of a two a day workout.

When I got up my youngest child was snuggled next to me.  That rarely happens, I know that there were not many more of these moments so I took it.  I just lay their with him next to me.

I did stairs today, usually I warm up with a treadmill run but opt’d to try something different.  Then I did a decent chest workout and had to break out of my evening workout early.

I’ll still call it a good day.
