Got a long day tomorrow

But was a pretty easy today.

I did hit it pretty hard in the gym with my personal trainer.  We did about 45 minutes but what killed me was the stairs, I should find a set somewhere that they will let me go up and down.

Left work a little early to take care of some errands but I did go to work early as well.

Hope my body wakes up tomorrow.  Driving up to Canada and dealing with the traffic.
