Awesome workout today

Felt like I got value in the gym today, actually sustained 6MPH for 15 minutes.  Need to keep at it.

I wish I could work out more than 3 days a week but this is gonna have to do for now.

I guess it works.  But if I am to make a good run or get into better shape, it will require more time in the gym than 6 hours a week.
