Its dropping, slowly but surely.

Today is a rest day for me.  Gives me a chance to heal a bit, I think I tweaked my right wrist.

Tomorrow will be good, I hope to hit the gym again.  I think this is starting to be my new routine

Sunday – Light Workout
Monday – 5k run
Tuesday – Chest/Tri/Abs
Wednesday – Shoulders/Bi/Back
Thursday – Light workout
Friday – Legs
Saturday – Long Run

Still refining though.
