Good Sleep + Good Nutrition + Good workout = Great Day

Today was good, I had a decent night’s sleep, kept eating many smaller, but nutritious meals throughout the day and this evening had a good 2 hour workout.

It was great.  It’s late evening now and I am tired in a good way.  Unlike this past Friday where I was tired “beat”.

I know my AM weight is less then this.  But will mark it anyway.
