Had my legs today

I had a good run today, kind of good because I think I am turning the corner here and reverting back to shape.  Today was a good run because I was able to to a 2 lap (untimed).  I wish I timed it but I did not know I would have the will to keep running.

I hinted that something is coming up for me personally.  Nothing really major, but it will set my training back.  So it could very will be that I will slow down some more.

But here is my goal in the next few weeks, don’t let this setback push me too far back, bring myself into training shape which means a weight closer to 250 and able to run a 2 lap and a 4 plus under 50 minutes.  That will give over 3 months (nearly 4) to bring it down to 230 and get my time down to under 40 minutes.

Doable, just need to stay on track.
