Went through another session with my Chiropractor.  Body needed it. Having a hard time in bed getting up and around. Right knee hurting too. I am falling apart physically, need to figure out how to reverse the trend.

Can’t take how my back is hurting so much. Had everyone try to massage it today. Right now waiting on ibuprofen to kick in and ease  the pain. Until I get my back right, or even stabilized, I can’t work … Continue reading →

Didn’t do much today, just set up an arduino for my relative in Hawaii. Hoping it will work for him though. Will work with more on this tomorrow, need to chill a bit, been hectic.

Youngest son had quite a day, First he went to school Then had a track meet, I think he PR’d. Finally had his final concert of the year. I was tired just watching him.
