Rethink Keto

I am still not in transition mode in my weight loss, but I did eat some carbs two nights ago and I think it helped my run today.

It is my best time so far this year, but I think I ran better couple weeks ago due to a detour I had to take, nonetheless it is still a good run.

Maybe I should start eating a bit more energy stuff so I can perform on my runs.
