My Butt Kicked At Yoga

Was late again for yoga, but this time I pushed through, boy did I feel it today.  I think I was paying the price for the food I ate this weekend.

Still, pushed through, there was 1 pose where I needed to take a break, I think most of it was dehydtration.

Anyway, gonna go again tomorrow.  Punch through it.

It’s a good sign that I am again under 270.
