Today was a really busy day, I did a two workouts, one in the gym with the personal trainer and one on the treadmill.
Time: 520Cal 2.3 miles
I feel myself slowly getting back into shape, but tomorrow I do have a long run, but Sunday I will keep it simple and try to do a 1 lap + 1 walk.
This is because I have a ton of stuff to do this weekend and today was the start of it. I already feel behind because my second workout was so late.
I am a little beat, I think I deep long nights sleep is needed, that way can hit tomorrow and not fall behind.
