Long Day and Behind Schedule

Tons of stuff still left to do, I am worried I am not going to get to it.

Multitasking a bit to try and catch up.

Anyway, did run Lake Washington again, was faster on the first leg, ran it 43:36, that is an acceptable time.

Not so much on the walk back, the total run/walk was 2 hours 9 minutes 27 seconds.

My weight is getting better, but still above to 280, I feel like if I can crack 275 for good, my performance will change drastically.
