Get Up Get Running

Went to bed late last night (about 1 or 2AM) so I thought I was going to sleep in.

Fortunately my body woke up at 6AM, and I did go for a morning run, just 1 lap.

Time: 18:42.71

Weight: 305.8

But I had some energy this afternoon and ran another 5k

Time: 54:20

But what was good was that I limited my intake today.  That is the part of the equation that I have not worked on.

Here is my evening weight.

Weight: 304.2
