Long day… so tired

Today was tough…

You ever had one of those long drag em out days?  You wake up at 6AM, after sleeping just three hours, you go to work and get stuck with something and you end up getting off after 6PM.  You are so tired, last thing you can think of is hitting the gym.

BUT…

I mentioned this before, those are the days you have to work out and today I did, I pushed hard, I hit the gym a little late but was able to put in a little over an hour of workout.  My treadmill and elliptical calories totaled more than 600.

After my workout I did cellmass to heal and a protein mix.  I thought I it added up and I would be heavier than what I am recording now.  So this is the first pound loss this year.  Took 4 days.
